- Does MyOwnProxy provide residential IP addresses?
- No. MyOwnProxy provides the control plane used to operate proxy infrastructure over Internet connections controlled by your organization. MyOwnProxy does not provide or resell residential IP addresses or Internet connectivity.
- Does my proxy traffic pass through MyOwnProxy?
- No. Proxy traffic flows through your customer-controlled Gateway and Nodes. The MyOwnProxy control plane receives the operational metadata required to manage the service, but it does not carry proxy request or response traffic.
- Can I use any Internet connection?
- Your organization must control or be authorized to use each Internet connection for the intended workload and comply with applicable provider terms and law.
- How is MyOwnProxy priced?
- MyOwnProxy platform pricing is based on the number of Nodes you operate rather than the amount of proxy traffic transferred. Your connectivity, hardware and other infrastructure costs remain yours.
